Incoloy 925 Nickel Alloy Shaft

N08825 Incoloy 825 Nickel Alloy Shaft

Benefits: excellent resistance to sulfide stress corrosion cracking (SSC), high yield strength, NACE MR0175/ISO 15156-3 compliant options available.
Ferritic Stainless Steel Shaft – 430 / 409 / 444 / 439
Ferritic stainless steel shaft in grades 430, 409, 444, and 439, diameter 1/2"–8", custom lengths. Used for pump shafts, valve stems, agitator rods, and conveyor rollers. Benefits: good oxidation resistance, excellent thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion, and cost-effective compared to austenitic grades.
Martensitic Stainless Steel Shaft 410 / 420 / 431 / 440C
Martensitic stainless steel shaft in grades 410, 420, 431, and 440C, diameter 1/2"–8", custom lengths. Used for pump shafts, valve stems, hydraulic piston rods, and industrial roll shafts. Benefits: heat treatable for high hardness (up to HRC 58-60 on 440C), good wear and abrasion resistance, moderate corrosion resistance, high tensile strength.
Austenitic Stainless Steel Precision Bar – 304L / 316L / 321
Austenitic stainless steel precision bar in grades 304L, 316L, and 321, diameter 1/4"–4", ground to h9/h11 tolerance. Used for hydraulic piston rods, precision turned shafts, valve spools, and injection mold components. Benefits: excellent machinability, consistent mechanical properties, good corrosion resistance, 321 for high-temperature stability.
430 Stainless Steel Axle – High Strength & Corrosion Resistant
430 stainless steel axle in diameters from 1/2" to 4", custom lengths. Used for conveyor rollers, industrial cart wheels, trolley axles, and material handling equipment. Benefits: good corrosion resistance, high tensile strength, excellent wear resistance, magnetic, and lower cost than austenitic grades.
Stainless Steel Pump Shaft – Grade 410 / 420 – Hardened
Stainless steel pump shaft in grades 410 and 420, diameter 1/2"–6", custom lengths. Used for centrifugal pump shafts, recirculation pump shafts, and irrigation pump shafts. Benefits: heat treatable for improved wear resistance, good corrosion resistance, high strength, cost-effective for general pumping applications.
17-4PH Solid Shaft / Hollow Shaft
17-4PH stainless steel solid and hollow shafts, diameter 1/2"–8", custom lengths. Used for pump shafts, agitator shafts, conveyor rollers, and machine spindles. Benefits: precipitation hardenable up to HRC 40-45, excellent combination of high strength and good corrosion resistance, H1150 condition available for improved toughness.
440C Martensitic Stainless Steel Precision Shaft
440C martensitic stainless steel precision shaft, diameter 1/4"–4", ground to h6/h9 tolerance. Used for bearing races, precision roller shafts, guide rods, and spindle shafts. Benefits: heat treatable to HRC 58-60, excellent wear and abrasion resistance, good corrosion resistance, high fatigue strength for long service life.
